Paying with crypto here: a 3-minute walkthrough

Never paid for anything in crypto before, or just want to know what to expect? Here's the entire flow, from checkout to QR code, with nothing left out.
The flow, step by step

Pick a plan and enter an email
Any working email — it's only used to deliver the QR code and let you find your order later.

Choose your coin
Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20) or Monero. USDT is fastest, Monero is most private.

Pay the invoice
You're redirected to a Cryptomus invoice showing an address and exact amount. Scan it with your wallet or copy-paste. The invoice is valid for one hour.

Wait for confirmation
USDT: under a minute. Monero: ~10–20 minutes. Bitcoin: 10–30 minutes depending on fees. The invoice page and our tracking page both update automatically.

Collect your eSIM
After confirmation you're returned to your tracking page, and the QR code is emailed. Scan it in your phone's eSIM settings.
Confirmation times by coin
- USDT (TRC-20) — usually under 60 seconds. The speed pick.
- Monero (XMR) — 10–20 minutes. The privacy pick.
- Ethereum (ETH) — a few minutes, depending on network load.
- Bitcoin (BTC) — 10–30 minutes at normal fee levels. Use a sensible fee; the invoice waits an hour.
If something goes wrong
- Invoice expired before you paid: nothing was charged — just create a new order.
- Paid but page still says awaiting: give the network its confirmation time, then check the tracking page; it re-checks status live.
- Sent slightly the wrong amount: contact support with your order reference and the transaction ID — it's fixable.
- Sent on the wrong network (e.g. ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 invoice): contact support immediately with the txid.
