What you're buying

A prepaid, data-only travel eSIM profile, delivered digitally as a QR code. Plans are one-off purchases: no subscription, no auto-renewal, no hidden fees. Data allowance and validity period are stated on each plan card; validity typically starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination.

Your responsibilities

• Check that your phone is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before buying.
• Provide a working email address — it's the only way we can deliver your QR code.
• Pay the crypto invoice in full on the network it specifies within its validity window.
• Use the service lawfully in whatever country you're connecting from.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cryptomus in BTC, ETH, USDT or XMR. An invoice that expires unpaid costs nothing. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature — refunds (below) are issued as new transactions in the currency you paid.

Refund policy

If your eSIM profile never connects to a network and our support can't fix it, we reissue the eSIM or refund you in full, in the currency you paid — your choice. Contact support@nokycsim.com with your order reference within 30 days of purchase.

We can't refund plans for data already consumed, device incompatibility that our listed requirements covered (locked phone, non-eSIM device), or validity that expired unused — prepaid plans run on their own clock.

Service limits

Coverage, speed and network selection depend on partner carriers and local conditions; speeds are not guaranteed. Data-only means no phone number, no SMS and no emergency calling — keep your primary SIM available for emergencies.
