Yes. Choose 'No email — secret key' at checkout. We generate a 16-character key shown exactly once — save it, pay, and use it on the track page to collect your eSIM QR code. Lose the key and the order is unrecoverable, by design.

Yes, and if privacy is your goal we recommend it. Any inbox that can receive one email works.

Yes. SIM registration laws cover domestically issued SIMs. Travel eSIMs connect through international roaming agreements — the same legal basis your home SIM uses abroad.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20) and Monero, processed by Cryptomus. USDT confirms fastest (under a minute); Monero is the most private option.

USDT: usually under a minute. Ethereum: a few minutes. Monero: 10–20 minutes. Bitcoin: 10–30 minutes depending on network fees. The invoice stays valid for one hour.

Expired unpaid invoices cost nothing — just order again. If you sent slightly less than the invoice amount or paid after expiry, contact support with your order reference and transaction ID; it's fixable.

Yes. The price on the plan card is the total. No activation fee, no taxes added at checkout, no subscription — it's a one-off purchase.

By email, as a QR code, minutes after payment confirms — and it's also shown on your order tracking page, which needs only your order reference.

Typically when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you install it. Install at home on Wi-Fi; the validity clock starts when you land and connect.

No — these are data-only eSIMs, which is exactly why no registration applies. WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram and every app that matters run on data.

Yes, tethering is enabled on all plans. Shared devices draw from the same data allowance.

Any carrier-unlocked eSIM-capable device: iPhone XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 or newer, and most 2022+ flagships. Check that your phone is unlocked before buying.

Toggle Airplane Mode for 10 seconds, confirm Data Roaming is on for the eSIM line, and try selecting the partner network manually under network settings. Our install guides cover the rest.

eSIM profiles install once. If you deleted the profile or switched phones mid-plan, contact support with your order reference and we'll help.

Contact support@nokycsim.com with your order reference within 30 days. If the profile never connected, we reissue it or refund in the currency you paid.
