An order includes its reference, selected plan, amount, payment method and reference, status and timestamps. It also has an access credential. Once provisioned, the record includes eSIM identifiers and installation details such as the ICCID and activation information.
If you choose email delivery, the email is stored with the order and used for delivery. If you choose a secret key instead, the order has no delivery email. That is data minimisation, not a zero-record or zero-log promise.
What other services handle
Crypto payments may use BTCPay Server or Cryptomus, depending on the active payment route. Card payments, when offered, are processed through Stripe. Those services have their own data practices; paying without a card does not guarantee that a transaction cannot be linked to you.
The eSIM supplier receives order and package information to provision the profile. Carriers handle the resulting mobile connection. Email delivery also uses an email service when you provide an address. The store’s checkout fields do not describe everything those services may process.
What remains visible when you connect
A mobile network needs device and eSIM identifiers to provide service and can observe the cell sites your connection uses. Apps and websites may identify you through accounts, cookies, device information or permissions.
HTTPS protects the content of supported connections in transit. A VPN changes which service handles part of your traffic, but it does not hide your device’s connection from the carrier or erase records already created. Choose privacy tools according to the specific information you want to protect.
