From plan selection to installation
Select a destination plan and choose how you want to receive it. Email delivery uses a working inbox; email-free delivery gives you a secret key that you must save before continuing.
Choose Bitcoin, Monero or the other-coins option at checkout. Confirm that your preferred asset and network are offered on the payment page, then send the requested amount before the displayed expiry. After payment is accepted and the supplier provisions the eSIM, the installation details appear on your tracking page.
Pick the payment method by the invoice
Coin availability is not a promise that every network for that coin is supported. The asset, network, address and amount must all match. Check wallet and exchange fees, including whether a withdrawal charge reduces the amount the invoice receives.
The payment route can use BTCPay Server or Cryptomus. Card payment may also be offered through Stripe. Follow the service and methods presented for your order; no-ID checkout does not override a payment provider’s requirements.
Know what happens if payment is delayed
Network confirmations, exchange withdrawals and eSIM provisioning can all take time. Watch the order status rather than assuming that sending a transaction means the QR code is ready.
If an unpaid invoice expires, use fresh payment instructions. If you already sent funds, keep the transaction details and contact support before paying again. Late, partial, excess or wrong-network payments require review; an expired invoice does not undo a blockchain transfer.
