The United States runs on apps. Rideshares, transit passes, restaurant waitlists and even some national park entries assume you have data. Roaming on a foreign contract often costs a daily fee, and US airports don't sell cheap tourist SIMs the way many countries do. A USA eSIM covers your trip with one prepaid payment.
Our checkout asks for no passport, no SSN and no account. You can skip email entirely and keep a secret order key instead. The USA eSIM is data-only, so your home number stays on your main SIM for calls and verification texts.
- No passport or registration
- Hotspot / tethering included
- QR delivery in minutes
- One-off price, no renewal
Why travelers choose a USA eSIM without ID
Two national US networks
US plans list Verizon and AT&T, two of the country's three national carriers, so cities, interstates and most suburbs are well covered.
No ID, no account
Checkout never asks for a passport, driver's licence or SSN. Choose email delivery or save a secret key — no customer profile is created.
Pay with Bitcoin or card
Pay with crypto by following the invoice shown at checkout, or use a card. One payment, no subscription, nothing that renews.
Online at the gate
Install over Wi-Fi at home, switch the line on after touchdown and book your ride from the jet bridge instead of hunting for airport Wi-Fi.
USA eSIM coverage: where it works and where it doesn't
Our US plans currently list Verizon and AT&T. Together they cover the major metro areas, interstate corridors and most towns, with LTE widely available and 5G in many cities. Your phone connects to whichever listed network is available, which helps in places where one carrier is weak.
Expect gaps in remote areas on any network: large parts of national parks such as Yellowstone, Death Valley and the Grand Canyon backcountry, high mountain passes, and long desert highways. Coverage in Hawaii and Alaska is best around the main towns. For Puerto Rico and other US territories, confirm your plan includes them before buying — contact support if the plan details don't say.
How much data do you need for a USA trip?
Maps, rideshare apps and messaging use less data than most people expect; video calls, streaming and hotspot use add up fast. Use these as starting points and compare them with your phone's usage from a recent week.
| Trip | Typical use | Suggested plan |
|---|---|---|
| City weekend (2–4 days) | Maps, Uber or Lyft, messaging, photo sharing | 1 GB · 7 days |
| One week, one or two cities | Navigation, social posts, an occasional video call | 3 GB · 15 days |
| Two-week road trip | Live traffic, music streaming, travel bookings | 5–10 GB · 30 days |
| Month-long stay or remote work | Daily video calls, laptop hotspot | 15 GB · 30 days |

How to set up your USA eSIM
- Step 1
Check your phone
Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. On iPhone look for Add eSIM in Settings → Mobile/Cellular; on Android look under Settings → Network → SIMs.
- Step 2
Buy and save your QR code
Choose a plan, pay with crypto or card, and pick email delivery or a secret order key. No account and no ID upload.
- Step 3
Install before you leave
Scan the QR code on Wi-Fi at home and label the line "Travel". Check the plan's activation rules before you install, and keep the line's data off until you arrive.
- Step 4
Switch on when you land
At JFK, LAX, Miami or any US airport, turn on the travel line, enable data roaming for that line if the plan instructions say so, and set it as your mobile data line. Your home SIM can stay on for calls and texts.
USA travel tips for staying connected
Download offline maps for national parks
Before driving into a national park or across the desert, download the area in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Visitor centres often have Wi-Fi; trails and canyons usually have no signal.
Rideshare pickups need data
Uber and Lyft pickups at big airports happen at signed rideshare zones, sometimes a walk or shuttle ride from arrivals. Keep your USA eSIM data on until the driver arrives so you can message them.
Keep your home number for 2FA
Banks and apps send verification codes to your usual number. Leave your home SIM on for calls and SMS and turn its data roaming off to avoid charges.
Hotspot shares your allowance
Tethering a laptop or a travel companion's phone draws on the same plan. Choose 10 GB or 15 GB if you'll work from cafés or share data on a road trip.
Running low? Add another plan
Plans never auto-renew. If you need more data, buy another US plan and install it the same way — nothing is charged unless you choose it.
